Felt like home

Central Vancouver WA location

Great spot, easy access to Portland and surroundings. Cute place, very comfortable. Would definitely rent it again if in Portland/Vancouver!

Time away

It was a beautiful home, spacious and homey. Was just there a couple of days but couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you Lyle for allowing us to share your home in what was a sad reason for us to go , because of you and your quaint lil home it was more enjoyable than I expected and I was able to spend much needed time with my baby Sister thank you again.

A little home away from home

It was a charming little home that was not to far from downtown Portland or family in Battleground. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for an our trip. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a home away from home.

My wife and I are traveling from Southern California to the Pacific Northwest. Our stay was just for one night. The home is conveniently located very clean. Everything we need it was provided, and it was within walking distance of restaurants.

Cute House!

Lyle was a lifesaver by allowing us to check in 90 minutes early; we were relocating from up above Seattle and were simply exhausted by the move and the drive down. The beds were really comfortable and the dog loved the yard, everything else is a bit of a blur!

Local Volleyball Tournament

This house was perfect for our family of three and pup for a three day tournament weekend. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary cooking utensils/appliance. House was very clean and centrally located.

Lovely home

We felt so "at home" the moment we entered the house. It was very clean & inviting with everything you could possibly need available. We loved the fenced yard as it allowed us to have a place for our fur baby who also loved the house! If we needed to stay in that area we would be happy to stay here again.

Wonderful Home and Host!

We came to the area to visit our adult children who moved to Portland last year. The house was absolutely charming and Lyle thought of everything with his amenities! He was quick to respond whenever we had questions (I ALWAYS have questions). The house was so clean and comfortable! I really felt at home. Location bonus: at first I wasn't sure about staying in Vancouver when my kids were in Portland but it really was so close and when you drive over the river - Oh my goodness! The views of Mount Hood and Mount St. Helens (and I think Mount Adams was peaking up) were spectacular! *if you like all-day breakfast, visit Victoria's Cafe nearby. So good!
