"Few teething problems which were dealt with but overall an enjoyable, relaxing stay. Breakfast being included was an good start to the day and restaurant food was tasty. The property itself could do with minor upgrades but it was being painted during my stay."

"My children and I 13 and 17 years old stayed at the ROK hotel for 14 days and it was quite wonderful. The room and overall hotel was very clean. The staff was professional, courteous, and super friendly. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, however the meals we had was great. My son could not get enough of those big cookies from the cafe."

"After an incredibly disappointing experience at another property, finding Jamaica Palace felt like discovering a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine hospitality, and the difference was immediately apparent. The property is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, impeccably maintained, and surrounded by breathtaking views. The grounds are lush and meticulously cared for, creating a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind despite the stressful start to our trip. Every area of the property reflected pride of ownership and attention to detail. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exactly what we expected. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience restored our confidence after what had been a very difficult situation. Beyond the beauty of the property, the staff made us feel valued and cared for. Their kindness and professionalism turned what could have been a ruined trip into a memorable one. Jamaica Palace truly was the saving grace of our vacation. If you're looking for a peaceful, picturesque property with outstanding hospitality and stunning views, I cannot recommend it highly enough. We are incredibly grateful to have found it and would not hesitate to stay there again."

"Geejam was a breath of fresh air after cancelling & leaving another property in Portland early & concluding our vacation here. The staff was very kind & hospitable. We definitely enjoyed the free breakfast daily & the food was good. We had a good time at dinner as well & drinks were made well. My only gripe is the gap under the doors of the rooms, which allowed stink bugs to crawl in nightly. That has to be addressed a.s.a.p.! No one enjoys creepy crawly things in their rooms & potentially in their bed. My boyfriend's family also rented one of the villas for the week, Panorama, which was a lovely experience as a large group gathering together. Overall a good experience & if visiting Portland again, we would definitely stay at the Geejam again."

"Very tropical eco retreat vibe. Everything is solar. There are actually 2 pools and they are invitingly warm. Breakfast is served a bit late so if you are an early riser enjoy the sunrise while you wait. The views are breathtaking and I'll be back to see the final reveal."

"Always a great place to stay. The staff was friendly and the resort is eclectic and filled with African Art. My children really loved the infinity pool with the view and the beach area. We love that the Queen of Sheba as it has so much space to easily accommodate a big group. The property is quiet and peaceful. You definitely need to be fit to be able to move around the property. I would definitely recommend for families with children, etc. this is our 2nd time residing here and it has always been great experience"

"The location and the grounds are beautiful. The garden area with a view of the island and san san beach is gorgeous. The staff are very friendly and helpful, there weren't many guests there as its more off season when we went. The breakfast is delicious and the driver contact they gave us was great and took us everywhere we needed to go whenever we needed. The villas are spacious and have everything you need. If you want to stay somewhere more in the heart of Jamaica I would highly recommend staying here."
