“This apartment had all the amenities we needed for our 3 day stay in Chicago. It was much larger than I expected and high ceilings made it feel like we were in a loft. I’m happy we made the decision to stay here rather than at a hotel, where I would’ve had to listen to people talking in the hallway or doors being slammed all night. Here, it was quiet and the location was perfect. We were just about 12 minutes from downtown, which made it convenient to drive downtown when we needed to. ”

“The location was good for our concert at Soldier Field. Very nice to be able to walk as the concert was sold out. The neighborhood is a little scary. The place was fine. We were on the 3rd floor and definitely heard the people upstairs walking around early in the mornings.”

Elevator got stuck on one floor but phone number clearly posted and answered by someone who kept me on the phone until problem solved! Good service indeed.”

“The apartment was nice and well equipped. The location was convenient. Two things keep this from being a 5-star review. First, there is only one key fob provided to enter the build, elevator, and apartment. This makes it difficult for a group who wants to divide up to come and go. If your party wants to do different things, you will have to plan around the single fob. Second, the smoke detector in the adjacent unit chirped every 60 seconds the duration of our stay. We reported it to the front……

“this is no a hotel and the amenities are bare bones. No maid service, the TV was worthless with endless buffering to make it unwatchable, the shower head was broken, etc. On the good side, it's a great location, beautiful views, nice vibe around the property, large unit with two beds, and great gym area.”
