“A very comfortable two bedroom first floor house with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The kitchen had everything you would want and we made use of making breakfast and lunches there while my daughters were at a music festival at SeekGeat stadium. It is very close to public transportation - about a block walk to the 307 bus line. The JewelOsco is right across the street which made for easy shopping. Just a short walk to Starbucks, Dunkin’ and restaurants made for a nice walk and beautiful……

“It was a nice place. It did look like a condo or apartment complex which was very nice. I received lots of compliments about that and I, myself, also felt it looked like a nice condo complex. The only draw was the washers didn’t work well. Not only did they seem to skip a cycle (clothes were still soapy) but, they were still soaked. They had to be washed out when I got home.”

“My boyfriend and I just got home from our stay at this beautiful house. We enjoyed it very much, especially the hot tub! Everything was so clean, communication was a breeze and the location was ideal. We didn’t want to stay in the city, just on the outskirts. This place was perfect for us. “This property was the perfect location to visit with family and friends for Christmas. It’s near many stores and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable. We appreciated all the extra amenities too like the soaps, shampoos, nice bottle of wine… We loved the wood fireplace with gas and used it every chance we had. The kitchen was also well equipped. “Comfy bed in primary room! That is the thing I care most about when renting a vacation rental so when I get a good bed, I like to write about it. This house is pretty good for groups. It would have been nice to have another full-size bathroom but we did ok. The house was very clean. Furniture was comfortable and sufficiently-sized for the number of bedrooms in the home. Parking was good. Supplies were sufficient. We weren’t lacking anything in the kitchen. Sometimes there is left-over oil……

“Four of us decided to do a "Girlfriends Getaway" here after our high school reunion. It was a very nice venue for us. The beds were very comfortable and the home had everything we needed for our three days together. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck and long chats around the firepit in the yard. Amanda was very responsive to all communication.”

“This property was perfect for our Cousins Reunion in nearby Palos Park. The large kitchen was a gathering place, and roomy enough for many walks down memory lane over coffee and snacks. The great weather allowed us to enjoy the backyard patio one evening, although it needs a little spiffing up. The location was close to restaurants but pretty quiet inside. The house was clean and comfortable with ample off street parking. I highly recommend it!”

“The home was very comfortable - it was modern and the beds were good. Unfortunately the repairs to make it rentable were not high quality. The bathroom sink in the half bath was leaking when we arrived. The door frame of the basement bathroom had fallen off & was lying on the floor when we arrived. The shower door in the upstairs bathroom would not stay on the track. However , none of these problems would deter me from renting again. They were just inconveniences.”
