Thank you for your review. We are sorry you had trouble with the door lock, we do provide our number and are available 24/7 for issues that arise during a guests stay. We use an electronic lock and that property and to lock guests must cover the screen with their hand to engage the locking mechanism. Proper directions may be found in the check-in instructions. Pricing is according to our nightly rates and fees plus VRBOs rates, they do provide a breakdown of such fees prior to booking. Our contract has been revamped so does not require as many initials. We are a company and do disclose the contract in our listings. The internet works great at this property, we have recently updated our system and now it works even better. However, on occasion we do experience user error and internet issues due to internet company issues. This stay however, was user error and was resolved within 20 minutes.

We are always looking for ways to improve, we appreciate the review. We currently clear the the patio furniture prior to each guest, we have recently purchased some products to assist in a more efficient clean and look forward to seeing the improvements. We did not realize that guests would be looking forward to having good olive oil and vinegar and will take this into consideration for future guests. While it is unfortunate that the home was inconvenient and noisy, we feel this is part of its charm. The home is located in the heart of downtown surrounded by restaurants, galleries and all the exciting events Prescott has to offer. We would love to have you return to the 2 bedroom chalet to review our improvements.
