Quaint and clean. Staff was super nice. We stayed on a Monday so the wine bar wasn’t open. Not too far from downtown but only walkable if you have a really good pair of shoes. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Cozy stay
We had a nice stay and enjoyed the fireplace in our room. We didn't get the opportunity to enjoy the new Wine bar but saw a number of people having a lovely time.

A great little trip!
My husband and I were so in love with beauty of this property ! Our room was clean, decorated so cutely and very comfortable! The grounds are beautifully done and several areas to sit outside and enjoy the cool pine air! The wine bar was small and quaint and reasonably priced.

This was our first time visiting this property. It was conveniently located close to town and easily accessible. The room we stayed in was clean, cute, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

a very nice spot to stay
A friend and I were there for a bike ride. We shared the two bedroom suite which was perfect for our needs. Easy to get to and clean and comfortable. Walls are thin though so I could hear the guest in next room snoring, really snoring. Glad I brought ear plugs. Otherwise a perfect little hotel for a stay in Prescott. The grounds are quite lovely.

When we arrived at the property there was no mention of any issues regarding the hot water but the room did not have any hot water. The office closes at 5:00pm and there was no after hours numbers so there was nobody to report the issue to until the morning when the office staff returned. The next morning when I asked about it I was told they knew about the issue but chose to ignore it or fix it and did not bother saying anything about it. Either way by that time we were checking out but there was no offer to compensate for the issue or for their lack of communication.

Hi Scott,We sincerely apologize for the hot water issue you experienced during your stay. Please allow me to address your concerns. The water heater problem was fixed on 10/3/23 by a local plumbing company. To the best of our knowledge, the water heater was working properly on the day you arrived. As soon as the the outage was reported, our maintenance team came in to evaluate and take care of the issue. Our offices closes at 5 pm, however we are a phone call away for any emergencies. The overnight representative phone number is texted to all our guests and displayed in each room by the front door. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns even after hours. Arrived to a smiling bubbly host at the desk. Felt welcome and like the most important people there. Buildings were freshly painted and the grounds clean beyond compare. Appointments are of an older age but are in beautiful shape and brought back so many memories. A truly wonderful experience . Thank you.

Nice little cottage; clean and neat. Outside, on the property, areas to sit and relax. But -- it is not an inn. No food, no breakfast. Nothing even to grab and go on checkout.

Took a quick trip out of the heat with the hubby. We loved this place! We didn't get to enjoy the fire pit area due to the rain but we did enjoy having a glass of wine on our patio. Room was clean and comfy, bed was comfy. Excellent staff. We'll definitely be back

The Inn itself is quaint and attractive. Bed was a bit uncomfortable...could use a pillow top. We booked here because it was listed as a 3 star B&B, which it is not. They do not offer breakfast, and they shouldn't be put in that category. Overall, our stay was pleasant enough, even though it's not a bed and breakfast.

What a cute place! Basically right near the entrance to the forest, it is a group of small cabin-type rooms. It is a short drive to the historic downtown area so very convenient. The room was small but we didn't spend much time there other than to sleep. It looked like they had a fire pit on a patio in the back of the property for us to use if we wanted. The room was very clean, had a mini-fridge, kuerig coffee maker, a functional bathroom with good shower and toiletries provided....I absolutely would stay there again! And the staff was super nice and it was very, very clean. The bed was also comfy, albeit a queen instead of a king. Definitely recommend!
