"The location was ideal for us. We love Capital Hill. There were issues in the flat: unreliable shower water pressure, no porch light, minimal silverware, light out in hallway above apartment door, a couple blinds were a little broken. There was also trash in front of building along sidewalk. "

"This place had cabinets falling off the hinges in the bathroom, it had trash stacked outside, the front storm door was broken as you walked in, the coffee table pictured only had 3 legs and was propped up against the wall for support. there were not trash bags or toilet paper and to top it all off, it had ants crawling around the kitchen. We left I wouldn't stay here with my adult children, much less kids. "

"Pros: Great location, good layout, comfortable beds, responsive property manager, nice touches like shampoo/conditioner, q-tips, tissues, laundry soap. Cons: The space isn't decorated the way it is portrayed in the pictures on VRBO. It is decorated a lot nicer in the pictures, and based on the pictures we expected better kitchen provisions. Our biggest frustration was that the A/C was a single window unit that blocked access to half of one of the beds, there was no way of locking the window...

"This condo was the perfect place to stay for 3 months. The location is convenient to both nature and city activities. Our host was quick to respond when we had small problems pop up. The only thing I wish they had was ac in the bedrooms, but I know that is an atypical amenity of Renton/Seattle. Would definitely rent again! "
