Clean room and bathroom. Perfect climate control in room. Great on-site free parking. Simple good free breakfast. Nice place to relax and refresh. Very close to a great restaurant. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner or a cocktail.

wOW! Couldn't be better

The kitchen setup and laundry setup was excellent. The bathroom vent fan did not operate. The 2 chair setup for television viewing was small and uncomfortable. As well as there was no setup for a cup of coffee while watching tv. The location of television and the limited wall cable length restricted the ability to position the tv screen to enable viewing from the bed. The bed mattress was very firm. The location of the hotel to the hospital is excellent.

We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable.

The best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Parking was rough. The garage next to the hotel was full and I did not want to pay $34 for valet parking. The next nearest garage was a couple blocks away. With all the construction, the hotel has provided great unloading space. We were able to unload the car, check in, and unload in the room while our car stayed in the unloading area before moving the car to the other garage. My room was nice sized with a very comfortable king bed. Over a multiple day stay, had to ask for additional coffee. They asked housekeeping to bring up the coffee and offered additional towels... very nice. Room was very quiet with the exception of some loud street noise from loud car engines.
