“+ Erholsame Unterkunft mit Top Aussicht. Bei einem 4-Sternehotel hätte ich aber einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer erwartet. - Vermutlich wurde das Personal im Service nicht richtig geschult. Zum Teil völlig überfordert mit Sprache und mit der Kasse. Auf Anfrage ob Ginja der traditionelle Likör aus Portugal ist wussten sie das nicht. Auch ist das Personal im Service sehr träge und das Frühstück war nicht rechtzeitig auf dem Buffet.”

The pool is a community pool, but the hotel has a section of reserved chairs for hotel guests. eBikes were included in the reservation so we biked for ~30 minutes to go down by the river and make it easier to get back up to the hotel. “Honestly, we expected the hotel to be good, but it actually surpassed our expectations in pretty much every way. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the minute we walked in the door, but never fussy.
