The property is in a great location.
Close to restaurants.
5 minute drive to airport.
Pool is nice.
Rooms were clean.
Only down fall was so many extra charges,
15 dollars for a bottled water, come on, you can do better, and the room didn’t have a fridge.
So we didn’t purchase any extras at the hotel.
The piano bar was awesome, so much fun.

The room I stayed in had loose water faucet handles.
I noticed a bathroom lighting fixture need to be fixed.
The extra security lock need to be replaced or tightened.
Not a big deal, I thought the artwork on the wall is suggestive to families with children.
Some areas need more dusting.
The elevators need to be in good working conditions for the hundreds of visitors that stays at Planet Hollywood.
Overall, it was pretty clean.

"Great hotel, also went to the pool which was a little small, and relaxed in the sauna for a bit. The food at the restaurant was great, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there and everything was very good. The hotel is family friendly and my very young daughter had a blast."

"Great hotel, with up-to-date rooms, clean and spacious. Common spaces are clean. Restaurant had a great breakfast. The pool was a plus in our afternoon time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely on my next trip will be looking forward to staying again at this hotel."
