"Hotel is pretty new. I actually like the self service option. We didnt mind removing our own trash and grabbing towels for thr designated area. Our room was an executive room. There was plenty of room for my husband and I. There are so many restaurants, plenty of food options. Definitely a little different than an American hotel room. "Hotel provided excellent cleaning services of the rooms. Also the frontline staff were proactively helpful. We got to leave our bags there pre-check in and also after we checked out for a matter of hours. We found the convenience store which is nice and close on day one. I was really happy with the service received, given it’s not an expensive Hotel in my opinion. (We are from Australia). I would stay here again if ever in Seoul. "
