Hôtel Manoir Morgan was amazing! The room was beautiful and it was in a very convenient location in terms of walking to places in Quebec City. Also, the views were so beautiful! The price point was unbeatable as well. Definitely would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Quebec City.

Great mini vacation!
Wonderful 2 night stay! Clean, comfortable, excellent location and helpful, kind staff. Very safe with the front entry locking past 5pm. Accommodating to our needs, parking was quick and easy to navigate.

Was a lovely hotel but just very basic. No drawers to store items in the standard room and no makeup towel to reduce stains on towels/bedsheets. Had a lovely view and was cozy, could have an extra duvet for winter as it was quite chilly at night.

Loved the chandeliered 18'? ceilings!. Park views; directly across from the Frontenac. Nearby bistros throughout! Our 12' window views gazing out from a corner room are impossible to beat. Magnifique!

We stayed in the Panoramic Suite, King Bed, Park view. Not only Park view, but a nice view of Chateau Frontenac, plus a view of the river and the other side of the city across the river. It was gorgeous. We were on the 2nd floor and it was very quiet. As it was xmas time, the chateau was light up and we spotted Santa sitting in the park with the kids one day. Location can't be beat. Lots of restaurants and xmas markets right around the corner. We would definitely stay again when we come back. The staff was very nice, from check in to cleaning. I found it very practical that the tourism office is located on the ground floor.

This was my third year in a row staying at Manoir Morgan and, unfortunately, this stay was the least enjoyable. We have loved this hotel for many reasons, including the lovely staff, the facilities, the location, etc., so we were excited to come back again this year. However, upon arriving, we discovered that the heater in our room was malfunctioning, and making loud/disruptive noises. Given that the heater was right next to the bed, and that the noises would start and stop every few minutes, we knew that it would be very hard to sleep. We contacted the front desk about this, and an employee came to the room. We eventually were informed that they weren't sure what was causing the abnormal noises and that there was nothing to be done since they couldn't call a repair person in until the next day. We were then told that we either had to deal with the noises if we wanted to keep the heater on, or that we could get rid of the noises by turning off the heater completely overnight (it was about -15 celsius outside that night). In the end, we had to turn the heater off, because we couldn't sleep with the noises. The next day, another employee asked us about our stay while we were checking out - when we mentioned the malfunctioning heater, they didn't react at all and simply ignored our remark completely. Also, we noticed that the bed sheets were stained in several places. Overall, we felt let down by our 2023 stay compared to our previous ones that had been really great.

Our first trip to Quebec City and this hotel was awesome. Convenient to everything in Old Quebec. Loved being able to walk everywhere and the dining around was great. Highly recommend Restaurant 1640 (Next door to the Manior Morgan) as well as La Buche, and Aux Anciens Canadiens. Hotel Manoor Morgan doesn't have yhe extra amenities of a large hotel but has everything you need!

Amazing location. Could see the Frontanec outside our window in all it's glory. Hotel was very quiet clean and our room was the best. Definitely on my list for future trips to Quebec City. Hotel check-in was easy with the best customer service. Family member stayed on the first floor with the glorious chandeliers and high ceilings but the carpet smelled like smoke and needs to be replaced with tile like we had on the 2nd floor.

Great Hotel
The hotel located in the heart of the Old City, walking distance to all attractions. Overnight public parking is just a few minutes away, The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The price is reasonable.

Extremely convenient location (literally a 5 minute walk from all the best places in Old Quebec!) and extremely polite and sweet staff. Neighborhood felt so safe even late at night. Primo location! That being said... the facilities themselves were a little lacking - no fan in the bathroom so always felt kind of damp and shower didn't seem to ever fully dry or drain. Extremely thin walls and floors/ceiling so we could hear everything in the rooms beside and above ours. Room was a little dusty and we were missing random amenities so staff had to stock them for us (i.e we mistakenly got 3 shampoo bottles in the little toiletries display but no shower gel). Besides all of that though, if I was given the choice to stay here again I definitely would. The view was GORGEOUS from our room and the convenient location made our trip so much more enjoyable. We only needed to stay for 2 nights/3 days also, so that may have made it even more tolerable haha.

The location couldn't be better. This hotel is a bit unusual in that the ground floor of the building is for commercial use - tour bookings and currency exchange. Luckily it closes at 5 pm. The hotel starts on the next level. There is not much in the way of a common area/lobby and no 'in-house' restaurant. Small check-in desk with one person who was swamped. They do hold your luggage before and after check-in which is helpful. We can only speak to the room we booked which was a deluxe with a view of the park. The room and bathroom were spacious. We had a great view of the park and goings on in the street below. The area is very busy and noisy but we couldn't hear it once in our room.
