"We usually love to stay at this hotel and it has always been clean and the better option of the local hotels. This stay I was a little disappointed as the table under the tv still had food crumbs, there was hair in the shower stuck to the tub wall and dirty tissues behind the garbage in the bathroom ..."

"We arrived around 4:30 & our rooms were not ready! It took almost 2 hours to get checked in which is totally unacceptable! It looked like our bed hadn't been changed or at least not made up properly. The sheets were all over to one side and stuffed in under matress in one spot. We made it up ourselves. ..."
