The Raja Ampat Islands are an Indonesian archipelago off the northwest tip of Bird’s Head Peninsula in West Papua. Comprising hundreds of jungle-covered islands, Raja Ampat is known for its beaches and coral reefs rich with marine life. We stayed here for a 2 day layover before a pick up by our live aboard and found the resort and staff to be a wonderful introduction to Raja Ampat. The service is impeccable, the on-site restaurant/bar delicious, and we took full advantage of their free boat ride to a beautiful nearby private island ...
