“Our first time in a pod but we loved it. We stayed with our two young children, who were sad to leave! The pod was clean, cosy, had everything you need and on a quiet but secure site. We booked very last minute but had an easy check in with great communication from hoasts. Would come again x”

“Had a lovely stay, self check in was simple - detailed instructions were sent the day before. The apartment was immaculate. Furnished nicely with a well equipped kitchen. Fabulous location right in the centre yet out of the way enough to not be loud. Would recommend. ”

“Appartment very clean and well equipped the tv wasn't working properly and the water in shower was very hot and we couldn't turn temperature down location excellent for our needs reported shower and they dealt with . The only criticism was the outside and lobby area needed a good clean .Would definitely stay again”

“I thought i had booked a luxury apartment for myself and grandchildren. What i actually booked was a dirty apartment which i cleaned before i would let the kids sit down, put anything in the fridge, make a drink ect. The paint is knocked off the walls. The bedding had holes in it. Luckily we took blankets of our own so we could put them on top of the beds and used the towels to cover the pillows.. It was above some bars which was noisy till 2.30 am. The first morning we got yp to sick in the……

"The location is great and nearby the ferry pier.
But the hotel is not in good maintenance at room, the toilet ceiling have a lot of dirty water marks, it looked disgusting. I booked a lakeview room that cost £250 a night, but not worth it, the room is really dilapidated, even they don't have a refrigerator at room, I needed to keep my birthday cake in their restaurant. The room price wss including the breakfast but it was lack of choice, they serve breakfast until 10:30 am, when I ordered scrambling egg with smoked salmon toast, they said no more but I saw other customers have it, I thought smoked salmon and egg are very common foods in a hotel restaurant, I wondered why they can tell me no more stocks.
I just can say this hotel not worth for money, they are overpriced.
Staffs are not really friendly. "
