“Location was great, facility was clean and employees were very kind and helpful. It was great they provided beach chairs, umbrellas, water toys, and beach towels! Gym was nice, pool was small but nice with a great balcony to watch the sunset! The unit provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but we didnt really need to use it so was no problem for us. Overall awesome stay!”

The location is great right on the gulf with a beautiful beach. Pool was good but needed to be cleaned. Short walk to John’s pass. Overall a good place to stay for a beach front place.”

“We stayed here for a few days at the end of our Disney trip to relax a little. It was my wife, two 13 year olds and a 17 year old and myself and we loved it. Patrick was a fantastic host and we were even able to meet him in person one day while he was in town! He truly wants all his guests to enjoy their stay and even sent me a short video on setting up the beach canopy that was in the closet with the chairs! St Pete area is very calm to what we were used to and the condo location could not have……

“We absolutely loved this location. We had a beautiful view of the sunset right on the beach. Also loved that I didnt have to deal with leaving the property for food. Restaurant right on the property opened till 10pm, and they serve breakfast in the morning. They also have a bar for adults right near the pool. We will definitely be coming back here again. ”

“Our stay is amazing!! The view of the bay was stunning! Every morning and evening you could see dolphins and manatees. I traveled with my daughter and we felt very safe! The pool is beautiful and clean. I did add a 2 inch topper to the pull out sofa for some extra comfort but I left it behind for the next person. We will definitely be back! Also the owners response time is great and she is very nice!”

“We stayed with family in several units on this property and ours was by far the best. It was cozy with that home feel and personal touch from the moment we arrived. All appliances were in working order parking was easy and Gregg was amazing and made sure my family and I were taken care of (since I was stuck working the day we were to check in and arrived later). Pool was clean and had security there to ensure family and kids safety. Easy access to the cleanest area on the beach and just a short……
