“We had a great stay at this condo during our trip to Florida. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made it easy to relax right away. Communication was excellent—clear, prompt, and the instructions were simple to follow from check-in to check-out. The accommodations were comfortable and nicely set up, with everything we needed for our stay. The location was a big highlight—perfect for easy beach access and close to plenty of activities. We would definitely stay here again.”

“First impression of the home was disappointing, the property is not maintain, the grounds/lawn is over grown with weeds and trash, no garden, the garbage can was full of trash and the house is old. The inside is very nice with newer appliances, flat screen TVs, nice bedding and a very comfortable bed, bathroom was clean, the living room was clean but had an old couch. “Although we did not choose to stay at our hotel because there was little to do around the hotel for 4 teenage boys the customer service was wonderful. Val was amazing and understanding! “The room and entire property was very clean! They had staff cleaning around the clock to keep things looking great! The walk to the beach was very short, less than a block. Finding the parking garage was a little tricky, as it is off Avalon St, not well marked, and tucked underneath the building. Once we found it, there were no issues. We tried to check into our room 2 hours early with no luck. We came back again just 5-10 minutes before 4pm check in time, and we still needed to wait until 4pm.……
