“We have a very large family and this was the wonderful setup for combining all of our children and grandchildren while still allowing everyone enough space that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The location was perfect and the beach wasn't overly crowded. It was nice for the kids to be able to walk out to the back yard and play on the beach. We will be visiting again.”

“I like the unit . It was spacious for the two of us. That being said we hated the bed and mattress. We had to put a pillow between wall and bed frame because frame wasn’t attached to bed so every time you moved it banged against wall . Also mattress was really soft and we rolled to middle so we did not like that. Also with all condos across the street with hundreds of lights on outside of building the curtains need to be blackout.”

“The location was convenient, close to a trolley stop, restaurants and the beach. The host provided us with beach supplies, linens and even a water filter. Would love to go again soon. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.”

“Myself and my 2 girls stayed here at the Royal Orleans. The room came equipped with full kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels and a very short walk to the beach. Everyone there was so nice and inviting. The area is pristine. So many things to do in the area. The beach is super clean and not crowded at all. We loved this stay and will definitely be back. Thank you!”

“The house was perfect for 2 families. It was very clean and had everything we needed, plus extras. The beach carts were very nice to have for our walk to the beach.”

“Overall the stay was great, room was ok for us nothing fancy. Could use blinds instead of cheap curtain that blocks a/c air flow. Freezer door was cracked open when we arrived so the refrigerator didn't work first night had to shut it off to thaw out. Then it worked fine. The A/C shut down twice during the day & was giving a code. Reset breaker & it restarted something is going on with it. Great pool & patio area, short walk to awesome beach nice restaurant 1 block away. Would we stay again...
