“Otel odaları son derece kirliydi. Gösterilen birden fazla oda vardı, hepsi aynı derecede bakımsız ve pis durumdaydı. En sonunda mecburen birinde kaldık ama sıcak su yoktu, buz gibi suyla duş almak zorunda kaldık. Banyolar hijyenden tamamen uzaktı. Otelde sadece tek bir çalışan vardı ve şikayetimizi iletebileceğimiz bir yetkili bulamadık. Lobi bile otel binasının dışında, oldukça ilgisiz bir yerdi. Bu fiyata böyle bir hizmet asla kabul edilemez. Kesinlikle kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum! ”

“Meine "Perle" in Kusadasi heisst Lavinya Pansiyon. Auch der Allah grüsst 5 x am Tag (Mosche). Der Service ist ausgezeichnet (Danke Mami (Muhammed), Das Früstück, sehr türkisch und sehr gut. Die Zimmer neu renoviert, Eine tolle Dachterasse. Einzelpersonen, Paare und Familien...ein wunderschöner Mix ! Bis auf bald. Im September bin ich wieder zurück.”

“For the price,we couldn't have asked for anything more. The bed was comfortable,the bathroom was spacious,the AC worked wonderfully and the minifridge allowed us to store cold drinks,which in the summer is a lifesaver. The room itself was nice and inviting . The staff were very nice and accommodating,and even offered help when I was sick. Everytime we asked for something they were very quick to make sure we were comfortable and our needs were being met.”

It's a family-run establishment, the warmth and hospitality of the family really made our stay special, we would like to thank Mustafa and Yasar once again for everything. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and needs were met promptly. The hotel's cleanliness was outstanding, a solid 10/10. All the staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. Each interaction felt genuine...

“Es una habitación básica que a primera vista está muy bien, pero que al paso del rato notas las decadencias, las ventanas no cierran bien y están en plena zona de fiesta, imposible dormir. Y en la ducha no había agua, salía un hilo de agua fría y la caliente no salía ni gota, al preguntar su única solución era que pasase en 4-5 horas a ducharme que igual ya había un poco de agua cuando en 1 hora tenía que irme para el siguiente destino. No es precisamente barato como para que tengan estos...
