The room was good. The room was cleaned everyday and I'm happy with the stay. As there was no carpet, I wish there was a rug or mat close to bed to help keep it clean. The heater worked fine and the hot water was good!

In Reno, NV ostentacious stays are the norm...The Victorian Inn is a respectable & business.
A special shout out to Bonnie & Al who went more than above & beyond to accomodate my family's weekend stay.
Last but not least, I'd like to take a moment to commend the owner, who ensures affordable rates for union workers, low income & elderly guests. In addition, job opportunities are extended to low income & elderly members of the community to increases their quality of life.

Awesome staff and good rates
Overall this hotel is great. After making reservations my flight got delayed so I called Victorian inn to let them know I was going to exceed the deadline time to check in and the staff was kind enough to go out of there way and wait for an hour and a half on my arrival. Super friendly staff
