Car Rental Bao'an

Once you've been to all of the amazing sights in Bao'an, there's more to see in the surrounding region. Pick up the keys to a rental car, toss your luggage in the trunk and get out there. These are some drives we think you'll enjoy:

• Make tracks to Hong Kong for a fantastic sightseeing adventure. Approximately 30 miles from Bao'an, it has many inspiring attractions, including Ocean Park.
• Situated 30 miles away, Kowloon is also a favorite with wanderers. Make time to get to Harbour City while you're here. It's one of the reasons people love visiting this buzzing city.
• Visit Danxia National Park to rediscover nature. Pack a picnic to enjoy or just relax in the fresh air. From Bao'an, it's approximately 170 miles away.

If you don't hold a driver's license issued in China, then you might need to get an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your home country to be allowed to rent a car. Please also consider that if you do need an IDP, it won't be valid on its own. You'll have to show your current driver's license your passport and other forms of documentation as well. Lastly, make sure the credit card used to book the rental vehicle matches the name on your driver's license and passport. Some other things to note to rent a car internationally are:

• Age restrictions: You must be at least 25 in most places to rent a car. If you're younger than that, it might still be possible to rent a car but you'll have to pay a Young Driver's Surcharge. Additional restrictions may also apply to the types of cars you can rent.
• Driving limitations: Make sure you read the fine print before sliding behind the wheel. You typically can't cross country borders, drive onto ferries or go off-roading with a rental car.
