• Why not enjoy the best of Mianyang too? Popular tourist attractions in this vibrant city include Laojun Mountain of Zangwang Village. Mianyang is around 90 miles from Chengdu City Centre.
• Find your way to Jiuzhai Valley National Park to feel grounded in nature. Pack a picnic to enjoy or just chill out in the fresh air. From Chengdu City Centre, it's 180 miles away.

If you don't have a driver's license issued in China, then you may need to acquire an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your place of residence to be able to rent a car. You should also note that if you do need an IDP, it has no validity on its own. You'll have to show your current license your passport and other forms of documentation as well.
