Car Rental El Capomo

When you've checked out all of the fabulous places in El Capomo, there's heaps more to see in the surrounding area. Grab the keys to a rental car, throw your luggage in the trunk and get going. We've pulled together some road trips we think you'll love:

• Make tracks to Zapopan for a fantastic sightseeing adventure. Roughly 110 miles from El Capomo, it's home to lots of cool attractions like Basilica de Zapopan.
• Located 65 miles away, Puerto Vallarta is also popular with travelers. Make sure you check out Malecon while you're here. It's one of the reasons people love visiting this city.
• Get out into the outdoors and inhale the fresh air at Olas Altas Beach. You'll find it around 150 miles from El Capomo.

If you don't have a driver's license issued in Mexico, then you might need to apply for an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your home country to be allowed to rent a car. Please also consider that if you do need an IDP, it has no validity on its own. You'll have to show your current license your passport and other forms of identification as well. Lastly, it's important that the credit card used to book the rental matches the name on your license and passport. Some additional requirements for international car rentals are:

• Age restrictions: You need to be 25 or over in many countries to rent a car. If you're younger, it may still be possible to rent a car but you'll have to pay a Young Driver's Surcharge. Additional restrictions may also apply to what kinds of cars you can rent.
• Driving limitations: Make sure you read the fine print before you drive off the lot. Typically, you can't cross country borders, drive onto ferries or on off-road areas with a rental vehicle.
