There are so many things to do in El Rodeo, but head farther afield and you'll find even more magic. Grab a set of wheels and you can discover the surrounding region at your leisure. Add these awesome places to your list:

• León is about 70 miles from El Rodeo. Popular tourist attractions like Las Penitas Beach should be high on your list here.
• Roughly 45 miles away, Nagarote is also a favorite with wanderers. Be sure to experience Parque Central de Nagarote while you're in town. It's one of the reasons people love coming to this colorful city.
• Make tracks to Indio Maiz Biological Reserve for a day out in nature. Take a picnic to enjoy or just relax in the fresh air. From El Rodeo, it's 150 miles away.
