Once you've checked out all of the great sights in Pari, there's plenty more to explore in the surrounding region. Grab the keys to a rental car, pack your bags in the trunk and hit the road. We've come up with some road trips you're sure to love:

• You'll find Amantikir Park and many more intriguing sights in Campos do Jordão. From Pari, it's roughly 85 miles away.
• Your next stop? Make it Campinas, which is around 50 miles away. Hopi Hari Theme Park is one local hot spot you won't want to miss.
• Get out into the great outdoors and inhale the fresh air at Botanical Garden Grove. It's about 160 miles from Pari.

If you don't hold a driver's license issued in Brazil, then it's likely you'll need to get an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your place of residence to be allowed to rent a car. Also consider that if you do need an IDP, it has no validity on its own. You'll be asked to show your current license your passport and other forms of ID as well.
