Car Rental Pingdi

Once you've checked out all of the interesting places in Pingdi, there's a lot more to explore in the surrounding area. Collect the keys to a rental car, throw your bags in the trunk and take to the open road. We've come up with some drives we're confident you'll enjoy:

• Head off to Hong Kong for an excellent sightseeing experience. Around 35 miles from Pingdi, it has loads of amazing attractions like Ocean Park.
• Your next stop? Consider Kowloon, which is around 35 miles away. Harbour City is one local highlight you shouldn't miss.
• Get into the great outdoors and breathe in some fresh air at Danxia National Park. It's 160 miles from Pingdi.

If you don't possess a driver's license issued in China, then you may need to get an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your home country to be allowed to rent a car. Please also consider that if you do need an IDP, it won't be valid on its own. You'll be asked to show your current driver's license your passport and other forms of identification as well. Lastly, make sure the credit card you used to book the rental matches the name on your license and passport. Some other things to note to rent a car internationally are:

• Age restrictions: You need to be 25 or over in most countries to rent a car. If you're younger than that, it may still be possible to rent a car but you'll have to pay a Young Driver's Surcharge. Additional restrictions may also apply to the types of cars you can rent.
• Driving limitations: Be sure to read the rules and regulations before sliding behind the wheel. Usually, you can't cross country borders, drive onto ferries or go off-roading with your rental car.
