When you've visited all of the amazing attractions in Zona 12, there's loads more to explore in the surrounding region. Collect the keys to a rental car, toss your luggage in the trunk and take to the open road. We've come up with some drives you're sure to enjoy:

If you don't hold a driver's license issued in Guatemala, then it's likely you'll need to get an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your home country to be allowed to rent a car. It's also important to note that if an IDP is required, it has no validity on its own. You'll need to show your current driver's license your passport and other forms of ID as well.
