"This hotel is older and not fancy. The check-in was easy the room and bed clean, good pillows. The location is amazing. We really liked this property. There is local parking available and the hotel was helpful. We are going back to the area in Feb and staying here. "

"Excellent staff hotel facilities were value for money but the cooked breakfast was bland English breakfast on first day was cold and the egg seemed to have been reconstituted Omelette on day 2 the same bland egg Room upgrade was really appreciated with probably the best view from the hotel Must question the cost of breakfast as we were charged £25 on line but only 18 Euro at the hotel Ripped off by Hotels.com"

"The room was quiet, the heat pump worked well, the water was hot, the pools were great. Very clean. We had trouble figuring out the cooktop and coffee machine, but the staff patiently taught us. Grocery store down the hill, and huge one at the mall nearby. Walking to Tavira wasn’t very nice, so we drove."

"Staff were accommodating in every way and made us feel most welcome. Room was clean, spacious and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding with many offerings of eggs, cold meats and cheeses, cereals & yogurts and breads and pastries. Wonderful fresh squeezed orange juice in a tasteful sun drenched room or an outdoor table on the terrace . Very nice public spaces and restaurant, where the food was quite good for an enjoyable dinner. There was bistro service during the day and bar service/bar menu, as well . We didn't take advantage of the pool with the cooler November weather, but outdoor space was inviting. A short drive into Tavira with easy free parking at all hours allowed us to enjoy this beautiful city. Close to Cabanas and easy drives to other towns in the Algarve via the A22. All this for an almost embarrassingly low cost. Well worth it."
