It's not our first time staying at this hotel, and for good reason. From a clean, spacious, room, to, for us, the convenience of the location, but most of all the courtesy and warmth of the entire staff (everyone at reception, as well as the cleaning and dining room attendants). We couldn't ask for better and will surely be back again. A big thank you to everyone who has made our stays so pleasant, especially Adisa, who always goes above and beyond to ensure we are well taken care of. :)

The staff were amazing, but there were a few little quirks with the room. We had 3 different minor maintenance issues and the room design was a bit odd and everyone should pay attention to the room they book. The ceilings are sloped so even at 5 foot tall, you will be bonking your head. They show photos so it is my fault for not paying attention, but at 5 foot even never had that issue before. Jenn

What a delightful boutique hotel near the STUNNING Old City of Mostar. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it's no exaggeration, this is one of the best breakfasts you'll ever experience at a hotel - don't eat out for this one. Lots of shops nearby, including a supermarket. Parking can be arranged next to the hotel for €10 per day. Highly recommend both the hotel and the city.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great selection of fresh, tasty home cooked food and plenty of options, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location in the hart of Baščaršija was perfect for exploring Sarajevo. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
