Litinas Villa is a brand new Villa, designed to provide complete privacy to our guests and can comfortably accommodate 8 people in beds and up to 10 people if it is necessary. The Villa is decorated with great care and elegant taste and it is consisted of 2 buildings, covering a total of 290 m2. that communicate with each other, both rented together, making it ideal for big families and groups. Located in the picturesque village of Amnatos, Litinas Villa offers magnificent sea views from most the indoor areas, verandas, and the pool terrace, as well as views of the surrounding area and mountains!

The main house

Entering the main house on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room and kitchen. The living room area features a large, corner sofa, a 42" satellite HDTV, Playstation 4 and next to it there is a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with branded electrical appliances. The room is airy and sunny all day long thanks to the large doors and it offers direct access to a balcony, equipped with an additional dining table, offering beautiful sea views and overlooking the pool and garden. A bedroom with a King Size bed (1.80 m X 2.00 m) is also available on the ground floor, offering access to a balcony with a siting area and panoramic sea views. This bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin and hydromassage column and if required, the King Size bed can also be used as 2 single beds (0.90 cm X 2.00 m) and

A stair leading upstairs will take you to the other two bedrooms. One of them features a King Size bed (1.80 m X 2.00 m), which, if you wish, can also be used as 2 single beds (0.90 cm X 2.00 m), as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin and hydromassage column. The bedroom also offers access to a balcony with sea views and siting area. The second bedroom boasts a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a balcony with amazing sea views, overlooking the garden.

The second house

The ground floor of the second house boasts a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room, dining area for 4 people and kitchen. The living room leads to a veranda with a comfortable siting area with a sofa and arm chairs and views of the sea and the surrounding area. A separate WC is also available on the ground floor.

The first floor provides a spacious, suite-type bedroom, offering a King Size bed (1.80 m X 2.00 m), en-suite bathroom with bathtub, walk-in closet, siting area and dressing table, as well as direct access to a balcony equipped with patio furniture and beautiful views of the pool terrace and the sea!

Outdoor area

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa covers 2,500 m2 and offers a spacious lawn covered terrace by the pool, offering stunning sunset views!

More specifically our outdoor facilities include:

- 60 sq. m private swimming pool with a specially design compartment for kids. The pool has a variable depth of 0,70 cm - 1,50 m.

- The pool area is equipped with an outdoor shower, sun beds, umbrellas and bean bag chairs, for relaxing in the terrace and the garden around the villa.

- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue and dining table for 12 guests offering views to the sea and the surrounding landscape.
- A ping pong table.
- A Playstation 4 console, outdoor playground, trampoline and basket hoop are also available for the children.

- Parking space for 4 cars.

- Fully fenced outdoor area, offering total privacy to our guests.
