Constructed in 2020, it offers style and convenience with careful planning to suit all visitors. The large 91.61 m² villa comes with an open-plan living space, a fully fitted kitchen, and a private balcony with magnificent views over the sea, pool, and garden, and excellent entertainment facilities in the form of a Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker. The villa is just 500m to 1km from the beach, with restaurants and supermarkets within 1km. Accessible design elements and private covered parking make your stay convenient. The villa features two tastefully decorated bedrooms, ideal for four people. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, private balcony, Smart TV, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds, private balcony, Smart TV, air conditioning, and blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. Both bathrooms have modern facilities and large showers for extra comfort. Outside, there is a private 6.5m x 4m pool, set amidst a garden, seating, and BBQ area for outdoor dining. Check-in instructions, including WiFi credentials and the exact location (Google pin) will be sent 48 hours before arrival.
