"The property is beautiful, we absolutely loved the stay with all the animals. The rooms are well designed with vintage farmhouse style decor. The double bed in the main room, however sunk very deep when we lay on it and creaked a lot, to the point where it was very difficult for us to put our son to sleep and then get comfortable ourselves. "This property was excellent from start to finish, exceeding our expectations. While advertised as a superior bedroom with a kitchenette, it is a full-sized, gorgeous apartment with a living room (sea view), dining/kitchen, bedroom and spacious bathroom. The host provided us with much-welcomed food in the kitchen and on the counter, after a long drive. This included yogurt, bakery bread, cereal, eggs, milk etc. The location on Phillip Island is beautiful and a very short walk to Rhyll Inlet with fantastic bird watching and views of the water. Information in the flat was helpful for finding sights around the beautiful island. We cannot recommend it more highly. "
