Hotel staff was super nice. Great location to be in walking distance of a lot of places.

Great location! They don’t really offer much perks while staying on property besides the usual. We tried going up to the rooftop bar but they don’t acknowledge if you’re even staying with them or not— and require a reservation. We thought since we’re guest there we’d have a better chance of grabbing some seats. But overall location was great, staff was okay (asked for recommendations from the Chicagoans but most of them didn’t even know where those places were) nothing like getting word of mouth for good food, great bars, etc.

Room was not cleaned/ towels weren't replaced for the duration of our 3 night stay which I found rather peculiar. They also only provided 1 key for our room. I had believed it was common practice to provide 2. Other than that, the room was clean when we arrived, the bedding was comfortable, and the gym was lovely.

Convenient location and easy building to deal with. Parking was a little expensive.

Very clean and loved the location and amenities with the store on the first floor was fantastic
