Too Notch! The place was super clean and the people that work there were super friendly and very helpful. I loved their breakfast in the AM! Overall 5/5

Everything is good except the elevator is too busy and small but for such a good location, this hotel is the best choice

The location is five stars The inability to get check in codes before the exact check in time was inconvenient The apartment was nicely appointed, could do with a kettle as one of the hot plates didn’t work. The three flights of stairs was not fun with heavy luggage, which I unfortunately missed in the rental listing details I did find early check in at 10€ per hour a bit rich, that said our apartment wasn’t ready until 3pm anyway A nice stay but not a fabulous one

should have a coffee maker on every room

I've had better breakfast options at other hotels in Madrid. It was an okay breakfast, just not as much variety.
