"The villa I stayed in was a comfortable size with a porch and seating area overlooking the courtyard garden with its water features. Although it was an old building, the furnishings and interior were modern but not overly fussy, which I found to be just right for me. The bed was quite firm with a good selection of different weights of pillows so I could find the right combination for my comfort. I was pleasantly surprised that the TV had Netflix and the compound wi-fi fast enough for my needs. The staff were so friendly and asked each day if I wanted the room made up and fresh towels. The raindrop shower was always clean and the room was stocked with a couple of water bottles each day. The staff went to great lengths to tend to the gardens and properties and they were always ready with a wave and smile and always went out of their way to make me welcome. There is a really great cafe called .Temu that partially sits within the grounds that did great food and drinks and excellent coffee. I would like to add that my stay at Puri Anyar Heritage was one of the most pleasurable and relaxing experiences I had in a long time. It’s such a beautiful and relaxing environment steeped in history and charm. In the evenings you would never know that you were just a few hundred yards from the Royal Palace, the Art Market and the hustle and bustle of the main part of Ubud. I highly recommend a stay here. "

"Exceptional service. Wiartana, Putra, Puspa and the entire team were so good to us. The resort and the rooms are gorgeous. The food is delicious and there are so many events and amenities. The fire show for example was exceptional. If you want a relaxing, luxurious experience in Bali this is the place to go. We loved it here Thanks Travis and Andrea"

"The staff brings up the ratings for this hotel! They were very accommodating! The breakfast was good and tasty. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Room balcony was nice but construction going on across from the hotel didn’t make it as enjoyable. No fault of the hotel, hopefully construction will be done soon. Nice size room could use a full length mirror. Made use of the spa and had a really nice massage."

"LITERALLY EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! Right in the heart of Ubud, staff was AMAZING suksma!! Breakfast was perfect banana pancakes were spectacular and pesto pasta was delicious. Room was spectacular loved our own pool, we even had a gorgeous pond outside of our room. Thank goodness for mosquito net around your bed. The staff went out their way to make us happy so many times! Even if we didn't get room cleaning they still brought us towels and water bottles every day! I will forsure go back to this resort one day. Miss it immensly, boujee on a budget! Perfect hotel"
