“We spent a week in the house and can only give our best recommendations for anyone that wants a peaceful and quiet area. It’s close to Aqcui Terme (15-20 min with car), a little narrow and curved road up to Roccaverano with some good restaurants, 1 hour++ to cities like Asti, Alba, and Barolo (a must go if you are into wine). The house has a great outside area and a great pool. Volleyball in the pool was a success for both the teenagers and the adults. The house was clean and had all we needed……

“Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Sommerurlaub mit unseren 2 Töchtern und deren Freunden nebst Familienhund. Das Haus ist groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten nebst Fluss zur Abkühlung erfreute uns und unseren Hund in schöner Natur. Die Lage ist günstig für viele schöne Ausflüge ans Meer und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Liguriens.”

Rondom het huis is er veel plek om te zitten met een prachtige grote houten tafel met stoelen en tevens een enorme lounge set.De keuken is zeer goed ingericht. Bij de grote buitentafel staat een werkelijk fantastische barbecue waar we veel gebruik van gemaakt hebben.Bubbio is een leuk dorpje met alles wat nodig is: een bakker, een kleine supermarkt, een slager, bar……

“Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Das Haus hat Charakter und die diversen Terrassen und Sitzplätze sind - je nach Sonnenstand - sehr einladend. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und gepflegt, praktisch und durchdacht. Sowohl in der Küche als auch in den 2 Badezimmern ist alles vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Rundum-Aussicht auf Dorf und Landschaft ist grandios. Die Geräuschimissionen von Strasse……

“Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Villa. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind einzigartig, wunderschön gelegen. Wir waren im Juni 2025 mit insgesamt 12 Personen (3 Familien mit 6 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern) zu Gast und wurden sehr herzlich von Monica empfangen. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und die ganze Anlage rund um das Haus bietet viel Platz zum Entdecken und spielen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat richtig Spaß gemacht auf dem Gasherd zu kochen bzw. auch im Poolhaus zu grillen.……

“stayed for 2 weeks with 2 kids (6&9) and 6 adults. Had a wonderful time. Luckily there was a large pool because the temperatures were really high. The house is very nice, was really clean and has airco’s in all the bedrooms which considering the weather was a big plus. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a very good bbq available. The terrace is fully covered so you can escape the sun if you want during the whole day. Davide who welcomed us, is super helpful and has some great……

“This house is absolutely stunning and looked just like the pictures. Sacha the owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We were in need of a babysitter and he went above and beyond to help us secure one for a lovely night out at a local restaurant. We had the best time and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the beautiful hills and vineyards of Asti/Piedmont! ”

“Let me start off by saying that the photographer of the photos you see did an incredible job. The photos are true, but in reality everything is a bit less shiny.The furniture and appliances are outdated. The bed my wife and I slept in felt very fragile and was really squeaky. The pillows were not great.The showers were okay, but one of the shower heads just broke off.The aircon units were mobile. They worked a bit, luckily they weren't needed a lot during our stay.Everything is there, but could……
