Wonderful home with vintage charm and updated amenities. SO convenient to Mayo Clinic, just a short 10-12 minute walk. This is particularly important due to all the construction at mayo which makes parking a challenge. The home has amazing original features and also has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Grocery store is a 2 minute drive, restaurants are walkable or a very short drive.Tim was a fabulous host and we will definitely stay here again if we ever return to the area.

Nice house, great location

This house has definitely had some TLC. Nice furnishings and well stocked kitchen. It was nice to sit on the back porch as well.The location is great—we easily walked to St. Mary’s.We especially appreciated how easy it was to be in touch with Tim and appreciated his quick response.

Relaxing Recovery

We had a wonderful stay. The house is amazing with plenty of room for more than my wife & I. The couches & beds were comfortable and as close to home as it could be without being home! The location to St. Mary’s & Mayo Clinic is perfect & this all helped my recovery after surgery go perfectly! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place for respite during long clinic stays

Recently had a close family member go through a long stay at St Mary's. This place was such a wonderful break from long days, so comfortable and relaxing...it was very nice. And only a 5-10 minute walk.

Wonderful stay

This cozy home was perfect for us before my son had surgery at Mayo. He got to have a comfortable bed and "home" feel before his surgery and we had an inviting place close by while we waited during his surgery. Our host was so helpful and let us have a late check out since we were still going back and forth from the hospital. THANK YOU!

Great Location and Comfortable Home

The house was perfect for our visit to the Mayo Clinic. We were 5 minutes driving to the Methodist Campus. The house was super comfortable and accommodated all our needs. The host was super responsive and helpful when we had questions. We would stay here again if we ever come back.

We were there for medical procedures at Mayo. This home was perfect for our needs. It’s a beautifully renovated historic home with comfortable beds and furniture. The full kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals and eating in a gracious dining room. Powerful WiFi throughout the home.

Comfortable, Calm and Covenient

We spent 3 very good days at this property while we were visiting the Mayo Clinic for some tests. The house is comfortable and immaculate, and is located in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance from the clinic. We highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful

The house is very nice, having been remodeled and tastefully decorated. The owners have done an excellent job, and have a great eye for detail. The bed was very comfortable, and the house very clean. Communication was great, The neighborhood is quiet, and very close to hospitals and downtown Rochester. We come to Rochester a couple of times a year and will definitely look at renting agin on a future visit.

A very warm and welcoming Christmas

The house is beautiful. Everything we needed was there and we had a wonderful time. Coffee shop nearby and a great neighborhood to walk around. It was decorated for Christmas and we all had a very festive one after a very tough year for our family. Thank you!
