Modern Detached Villa with 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms & Private Pool in Quesada.

This lovely detached 2 bed, 2 bath villa with private pool is in Rojales , Ciudad Quesada, Costa Blanca, Spain. It's situated in a quite residential area but still within walking distance to Quesada town where you will find a number of restaurants and lively bars with entertainment.

Living Room/ Kitchen:-

The villa can sleep up to 4 people. There are 3 beds and a sofa bed. The open planned living room and kitchen has Air conditioning and heating. There is a sofa that folds into a double bed. There is a 40" LED TV with english/ International channels including sports and movies. Netflix and amazon is also available. DVD player with a selection of DVDs.

Free WIFI

It has a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and breakfast bar with 4 stools.

Master Bedroom:-

The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with double bed with double sliding mirrored wardrobe and bedside cabinets. The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. Fans and heater.

Twin Bedroom:-

The second bedroom has 2 single beds with double sliding mirrored wardrobe and bedside cabinet. It also has a separate bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Fans and heater.

Outside terrace/ patio area:-

The large outside area offers plenty of space to relax and sunbath. It has its own private 6x3 swimming pool, so if you are feeling a bit hot you can cool off by taking a dip/ swim. There are sunbeds and a table with 6 chairs and a parasol to keep the sun off you. Also a nice comfy rattan sofa and chairs in the shade under the awning.

Gas BBQ.

Lastly there is a private gated driveway that leads up to the Villa where you can park a car.

All towels and lining are provided except pool/beach towels.

Location and Surrounding area:-

The nearest airport is Alicante and is a 30 min drive to the Villa along the AP7 motorway towards Torrevieja.

The beautiful beaches of Guardamar are only a 10 min drive away. The golden soft sands and clear waters of the Mediterranean sea are simply stunning. The coastal town of Torrevieja with its lovely beach and restaurants/ bars is about 20 min drive away.
