Located very close to the Colosseum and a number of restaurants and shopping options, this property gave us what we were looking for. It also had a cafe just outside the door which was perfect for the morning. It's around a 25 minute walk to the train station that takes you to the airport, if that's important to you.

It was great for walking to the colosseum and also plenty of shops and restaurants around that were convenient. Clean and quiet considering by a busy road and was described perfectly for what we got. 10/10

Mother and son traveling together. We are fine with sharing one room but need separate beds. I booked a Deluxe Double Room which advertises that it sleeps 3. When we arrived there was a double bed and a sofa which could be made into a bed. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. We called and requested bedding. She said they could have that the next day if we wanted it. So my son slept on the sofa bed using the throw from the double bed and one of the pillows from the double bed. This was not acceptable and honestly, we should be reimbursed for a night. Mini fridge did not work for 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. There should be some sort of explanation on how the air works. Was very confusing. Please be aware you will be charged extra if you arrive out of their short arrival time span. Kind of a stealth operation to get into the room. You call and she will give you the code to enter. There is a woman who works in the upstairs reception area a few hours a day. She was very helpful. The room was very clean. Probably would not stay there again as my reservation was not taken seriously with the sleeping arrangements.

Only few minutes walk to the colosseum and metro station which i really like. Super market nearby just few minutes walk as well. Front desk hours is not 24 hours (around 9am-2pm) but it was not a problem for me. The staff lady is very friendly and nice. Checking in and checking out are easy. I would stay here again.

It is a good place to stay, the staff is very friendly. It is very close to the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, it is also close to many good places for lunch and dinner. Overall it is a very good place to stay. Perhaps one point that would improve the pre-arrival experience, send a more detailed explanation of how to access the building and what to do once you enter, Airbnb style. Even if you call the number indicated in the message you get the directions, but having it written prior to arrival gives you a better context and so you know for sure that you got to the right place.

When booking this hotel, i had no idea how close it was to the Colosseum! That alone was worth the stay. The staff was more than kind. It was easy to get in and out of the hotel once we called to say we had arrived. It is very secure. When i hopefully go back to Rome, this is the only hotel i will pick Lastly, the little coffee shop attached to the hotel was ran by the best two guys you could ever want in a foreign city. They had the best pastries and gelato. They were helpful and informative... At all times of the day!! Everything about this was a phenomenal experience!

Accommodations were clean and convenient. No front staff, never saw any staff during our 3 day visit. Pillows were terrible, more of a pancake. Shower was very tight, and the hand shower would not stay secured. Overall, location was good, accommodations clean and nice. 3 Stars
