"Check in was easy, the staff were very polite and efficient also very accomodating nothin was too much trouble. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, a bit outdated but it did not affect my options. Lovely comfortable bed and pillows. It had a bath with shower, complimentary toiletries etc, clean towels every day although I only stayed 2 nights. Dining room/bar area very nice and meals, drinks etc were reasonably priced. If I were to return to Grimsby I would definitely use this hotel again. It is a couple of minutes walk to the shopping centre and train station. "

"We stayed for 3 nights and found our stay to be excellent. The setting is beside the golf course and the grounds are immaculate. Service at the guest house could not be faulted, the breakfast, included in the price, was plentiful and served to your table. Our room was quite small but well provided and tastefully decorated. The ensuite bathroom had a great walk-in shower. My wife has some mobility issues and our only concern was the steepness of the stairs and the narrow tread. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with great local knowledge for dining options. The indoor pool looked very inviting and could be booked for private use. A very enjoyable stay was had."
