TRAMUNTANA 2 1 Roses Immo Barneda Roses. Magnificent Apartment completely renovated located on the first line of Roses beach. It has 3 bedrooms and is suitable for 8 people. Located on the 2nd Floor. Completely renovated and very well equipped, with modern and careful decoration. It has an area of 110 m2 + 15m2 terrace-gallery + 5 m2 front terrace. From the apartment, the sea, the beach and the Plaça Catalunya are visible. Very modern and fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, freezer, and all necessary utensils in the cupboards for cooking and eating (frying pans, pots... plates, spoons...) Satellite television 1 Bathroom with bathtub + 1 wc. Sheets and towels have an additional cost, they are not included in the reservation price. Moreover, the accommodation is equipped with the following facilities: lift, terrace furniture, iron, heating. It has 6 single beds of 0.90 + 1 double sofa bed in the living room. Lift and private WiFi Just in front of the accommodation is the blue parking zone, and to the left there is a large paid parking lot where you will have no problem parking. The accommodation is located in the centre of the town (La Calle Mayor), known for its location, close to everything, supermarkets, restaurants, beach, shops. Ideal for spending happy holidays without having to take the car. Blue zone just in front of the apartment. Also 400 metres away is a large free parking lot always with availability just behind the Citadel, just a 3-minute walk. Perfect for spending unforgettable holidays. Roses: Roses is an important tourist centre with modern hotels, beautiful beaches, two ports (fishing and sports). The coast of Roses includes a long sandy beach and further east a large number of coves, including Canyelles Petites, L'Almadrava, Cap Norfeu, Punta Falconera, Jóncols and Montjoi. Some of its beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag, a symbol of the quality of its environment. Environment Roses is a locality with a Mediterranean essence and a marked tourist and maritime tradition. Located in a unique natural setting, in the north of the Costa Brava, it is less than 30 km from the French border, 65 km from Girona and 160 km from Barcelona. The large tourist centre, with urbanisations, hotels, beaches and two ports (fishing and leisure) is an attractive place of great importance within the northern sector of the Costa Brava. The coast of the municipality of Roses includes a long sandy beach. Roses is an active city throughout the year. Its offer of activities and attractions is very appealing to all types of travellers. Manque un lave vaisselle surtout lorsque nous sommes 8 à table, possible à installer dans la véranda de derrière, un grille pain des petits couteaux de cuisine. Idéalement placé en centre ville, commerces, restaurants, plage à 2 pas, et calme malgré tout.
