Horrible experience
Nightmarish experience. I was traveling with a friend who wanted his own room. We booked this hotel at the last minute as it was close to the NP HQs. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The facilities are great with an excellent (and surprisingly big) garden. The volcanic tunnel on the property is huge and worth the visit by itself.
