Wanted a quiet getaway with my husband, it was good for a long weekend. Room was only cleaned once (they don’t clean daily). For an all inclusive there was no stocked fridge, not even for water. No bathrobes (some rooms had them but not every room), only the top rooms would have them. Not enough bath towels. The food was good and restaurant staff was friendly. The main lobby could have had a fan…when you are waiting for a ride you are sweating. What they don’t provide is bottle water, they could have atleast provided 2 bottles per room if they are going to have a water fountain for filling. The massage service was ok, I’ve had better. The facial didn’t feel anything special either, they used a steamer and it only got half of my face. Overall, expect this location to be the bare minimum of an all inclusive and pack tons of bug spray because they are everywhere and numerous people we have talked to at the resort got eaten alive.

Hotel is dated needs upgrade, lack entertainment for guest,beach being worked on for excessive sea weeds.i would grade it a ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Hotel.

Mixed feelings about this place. The grounds are gorgeous but you have to walk or wait a little for the golf carts, they don't always make their rounds at the bus stops, so you have to walk if you want to get somewhere fast. They will come to your room if you call them. The food was OK, I feel for the price you paid you should get a better selection. There is no a buffet at lunch, the lunch choices offered at the restaurants are just OK. Most servers were nice, some seemed to be bother by you asking for something. Drinks were good and strong.

I believe the workers around the beach area should have a standard uniform rather than mismatched company shirt and regular bathing trunks. Pay closer attention to the guest rather than huddling around the bar conversing with each other. All else was very pleasant. We enjoyed all the restaurants and their servers.

The Galley Bay is the most magical resort! Truly tropical, set in paradise, romantic and vibrant! The rooms are beautifully decorated, the grounds are kept beautifully and the beach and sea are sublime. All food was excellent with lots of choice across the whole day. We really could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you everyone at Galley Bay!
