Clean room and price friendly

Flawless execution by the Gunrunner staff from beginning to end! The pre-arrival instructions were spot-on. Our room was clean and personalized for us when we arrived (they had left us a gift of wine and a card congratulating us for our wedding anniversary that we were there celebrating - nice touch!). We were staying in Florence to see some of the local sites and restaurants, but the highlight was the Gunrunner bar and many seating areas around the bar. We were able to listen to some live music and just chill. The ambience fit our goal for the weekend. The Gunrunner was a great experience and we look forward to going back!

The value is in the prime location, but not the room. We paid far too much for a windowless room with stained carpet, no lamp on far bedside table, noisy environment (music from bars, clear conversations from other rooms, footsteps and furniture being moved overhead at 2:30am) and worst of all, variable shower water temp and ultimately a hot water fail.

The hotel is nice and clean. The breakfast options were very good!! My only complaint was that the room smelled a little. Also we only had staff come clean once and they did not replace the toilet paper. We ran out and had to go to the front desk for more. I would stay here again. Those are minor complaints

I wish we had known renovations were happening during our stay. Fortunately, we didn't need to nap during rhe day- pounding and drilling and whatnot going on all around us. The pool wasn't open, which made sense, but still wasn't labeled as seasonal (late April in the South) The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast on time and well managed. Waited at the desk because our keys didn't work the 2nd day for about 10 minutes without a bell or any way to contact staff. Always a plus when there's a bathtub, as the hot tub wasn't available Stayed while visiting The Dismals Canyon
