Avec tous les commerces à portée de main, plus besoin de votre voiture qui sera bien garée sur votre parking privé pour l'oublier en toute sécurité !
Il se situe au 2ème étage avec ascenseur d’une surface de 32m² avec une exposition sud est.
Lorsque vous pénétrez dans l'appartement vous découvrez une jolie pièce à vivre lumineuse grâce à sa baie vitrée qui vous donne accès à son balcon et à sa superbe vue.
Quoi de plus agréable que de boire l'apéritif en contemplant la vue sur nos montagnes !
La kitchenette est toute équipée, ouverte sur le séjour avec son canapé confortable, télévision et table de salle à manger pour rendre pratique chacun de vos mouvements.
Concernant la partie nuit, vous disposez d'une chambre pour les parents avec un grand lit et d'un coin nuit pour les enfants ou les amis avec des lits superposés.

Tout dysfonctionnement dans les parties communes ou à usage commun à la résidence, ne donnera lieu à aucun dédommagement.
