Located in SAINT PIERRE D'OLERON, in the heart of the island, 5 min walk from the town center, the market, many shops and restaurants.
Aerodrome at 2. 7km
Possibility to park 2 vehicles. Beach accessible by bike and car at 5km

An open fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, extractor hood, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, children's high chair)
A living room with a sofa, two armchairs and a television with home cinema and DVD / blu ray player.
A bathroom with a shower and a sink as well as a closet.
Washing machine in the cellar with drying rack inside and washing line outside.
Baby equipment is also available (high chair, changing table, potty, travel cot with mattress, bathtub)

- 1 140 cm bed
- 2 beds of 90 cm (possibility of bringing them together to make a double bed)
Wooden terrace equipped with a garden table with chairs for 8 people, barbecue and parasol as well as 4 sun loungers.

... Haus,...Super Lage, Super Ausstattung, Super Kommunikation! Wir sind absolut begeistert gewesen von dem Haus, der Lage, der Ausstattung und der Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern bzw. dem ortsansässigen Verwalter! Das Haus entspricht absolut der Beschreibung, es ist sehr umfassend ausgestattet (wer hatte schon sonst vorher in einem Ferienhaus eine Salatschleuder oder eine Stabmixer??) und vor allem sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an zuhause, will sagen sehr wohl und heimelig. Das Haus ist absolut ruhig in einer von der Straße über einen kurzen Kiesweg erreichbaren Sackgasse gelegen. Wir konnten wunderbar schlafen und uns auf der Terrasse und Garten gut aufhalten. Der Kontakt zu Lise verlief reibungslos, schnell, sehr ausführlich und herzlich. Ebenso der Kontakt zu dem Ansprechpartner Christian vor Ort, der für uns jederzeit erreichbar war, mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand und uns sogar das professionelle Austernöffnen beibrachte, so dass wir den Austernreichtum der Insel auch privat (mehrere Austernöffner sind im Haus übrigens auch vorhanden...) und nicht nur im Lokal sehr oft und gerne genießen konnten. Alles in alles ist das Haus den Preis auf jeden Fall wert, nicht nur von Ausstattung und Hochwertigkeit her, sondern vor allem auch wegen die professionelle Betreuung. Wir sagen herzlichen Dank für zwei wirklich sehr erholsame Wochen und empfehlen das Schmuckstück uneingeschränkt.

Logement d’exception

Une semaine idéale dans un logement adapté aux enfants et très agréable. Un accueil attentionné et flexible. Quartier calme mais à proximité direct du centre ville. Nous avons adoré, nous reviendrons !!

Heerlijk vakantie huis.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit vakantiehuis. De woning is compleet uitgerust, sfeervol ingericht en is rustig gelegen aan de rand van het dorp. Het centrum met de bakker is op 5 minuten loopafstand net als andere kleinere winkeliers. Kortom voor ons een perfecte locatie locatie.

Maison très agréable et bien située

La maison est lumineuse, très agréable, bien équipée. De plain-pied, elle donne sur une terrasse abritée du vent. Tous les équipements bébé nécessaires sont présents, les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie de qualité. La maison est nickel. Les propriétaires ont été sympathiques et disponibles. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la localisation de la maison: au calme mais à 5min à pied du marché de St Pierre et à peine plus des magasins du centre. Elle permet de rayonner facilement sur l'île.

Une semaine au calme

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'accueil par le gérant et les contacts avec les propriétaires étaient très agréables. La maison est très spacieuse et lumineuse. On s'y sent très rapidement comme chez soi : il y a vraiment tout le nécessaire pour passer une semaine sans manquer de rien. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation.

Maison superbe avec tout le confort

Très belle grande maison neuve avec un charme moderne. Très bon grand lit et cuisine super équipée. Et très bonne douche. On pourrait facilement y vivre à l’année. Près du marché et de la rue principale. Le contact est très facile. Et l’île d’Oléron est une île authentique avec de très belles plages totalement désertes en cette saison. Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön und passt exakt zur Beschreibung. Besonders schätzten wir die Sauberkeit, die sehr gute Ausstattung, die Ruhe sowie gleichzeitig die zentrale Lage, die offenkundig kinderfreundliche Ausrichtung sowie die äusserst zuverlässige und freundliche Art von Vermieter und Verwalter. Großartig!

Wir waren in diesem Haus 2x, im Sommer 2018 und im Sommer 2019, es war der insgesamt dritte Urlaub auf dieser Insel und die weite Anreise lohnt sich (Hannover - St. Pierre in 14 Stunden exkl. Pause) 2018 hat es uns so gut gefallen, dass wir aus egoistischen Gründen keine Bewertung abgegeben haben - 2019 sollte für uns wieder zwei Wochen frei sein und es hat geklappt! Der Buchungsablauf und die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr entspannt und einfach. Das Haus ist in einem fabelhaften, neuwertigen Zustand und wir konnten 2019 keine Verschlechterung zum Vorjahr bemerken. Alles sehr sauber, die Endreinigung ist effektiv und lohnt sich, die Betten gepflegt und die Bäder ohne Anzeichen von Schimmelbildung. Hier ist hochwertig gebaut worden! Die Küche ist exzellent ausgestattet, so dass sich Kochliebhaber austoben können. Zusätzlich gibt es einen gemauerten Kohlengrill. Glücklicherweise ist die Markthalle und die Fußgängerzone von St. Pierre fußläufig nur 5 min entfernt, so dass man gleich morgens frische Zutaten, Fisch und Gemüse, für den Abend einkaufen kann und dann den Tag am Strand ohne Eile oder Streß genießen kann. Auch in der Urlaubszeit musste ich manchmal arbeiten und konnte das stabile WLAN gut gebrauchen. In St.Pierre gibt es einen großen Lidl, einen Super U und einen Leclerc - was wünscht man sich mehr! Wir haben die Lage sehr genossen, auch wenn das Haus nicht direkt am Meer liegt. Zum Strand sind wir bei 3 Kindern und 5 Surfbrettern immer mit dem Auto nach Vert Bois gefahren - unser Lieblingsstrand! Die Fahrzeit beträgt etwas 15-20 min, aber für uns war das kein Problem. Ausflüge nach La Cotinière, dem Hafen, und nach Le Chateau usw. haben wir häufig unternommen für einen kleine Café oder ein köstliches Eis oder einen Restaurantbesuch. Überall kann man Fahrräder ausleihen, wenn man lieber mit dem Velo unterwegs ist - die Ile d'Oleron ist ein Paradies für Fahrradfahrer und Surfer - Bretter kann man zu moderaten Preisen am Strand leihen! Warum kommen wir 2020 nicht wieder??? Zum einen ist das Haus zu unserem Wunschtermin belegt und zum anderen haben wir einen Hund gekauft. Wir bedanken uns bei Lise und Olivier, den Eigentümern, und Christian, ein guter Freund und Ansprechpartner vor Ort, für zwei traumhafte, unvergeßliche Urlaube. Wir wünschen Euch viele nette Urlauber und Familien, die sich auch in Euer Haus verlieben. Ich hoffe, wir sehen uns wieder! Liebe Grüße Maren & Familie

Belle maison au calme, bien située

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est spacieuse et fonctionnelle, avec la terrasse pouvant servir deuxieme de salle à manger. Les commerces sont accessibles à pied, et la position centrale du logement permet de se rendre rapidement partout sur l'île. Je recommande cette location, notamment pour un séjour en famille.

Vacances familiales parfaites à St Pierre d'Oléron

Maison récente de plain pied idéalement située à St pierre d'Oléron (centre ville et marché à 5 minutes à pied) La configuration des lieux est parfaite pour les familles avec enfants. Cette maison est particulièrement bien conçue et équipée. L'accueil reçu et cet habitat ou on se sent immédiatement bien ont participé grandement à des vacances très réussies.
