We rent the mobile home in which we live, the rest of the time: 40 m2, as comfortable as at home, with a large covered terrace of 30 m2, 2 min walk from the swimming pools and the village center, in the 5 star residential leisure park “Oasis village, ideally located in Puget sur Argens.(Var), near Fréjus-Saint Raphaël.
Our mobile home is not vis-à-vis, non-smoking, with WiFi and air conditioning, it is equipped with 2 bedrooms including 1 master bedroom with TV which communicates with shower room / WC, 1 bedroom with 2 80X190 beds and storage, one second shower room with washing machine, a second independent WC, an equipped American kitchen opening onto the terrace with oven, fridge-freezer, hob, multi-function microwave oven, coffee maker and extractor hood. In the living room, a large corner sofa, TV dining area, DVD player. The terrace is covered to protect from the sun. It can even be closed on the sides in case of wind or rain (but ... it rarely rains). A table and 4 chairs (+2) as well as a fridge for an aperitif await you

Variable prices depending on the season
Price per week:
April: From 4 to 17: 500 €. May 17 to 4: rented.
May to June and September to October: 500 €
July: from July 1 to 12 1000 € From July 12 to 26: rented From August 26 to 01: 1000 €
August: from 2 to 16: rented
From 16 to 30: 1000 € (decreasing price from the second week reserved)
The price includes the rental, charges (Water and EDF) as well as access to the infrastructure of the residential park for the whole family
30% deposit on booking (non-refundable in case of cancellation).
Balance to be paid one month before your arrival
Deposit by check of 600 euros (not cashed) + 90 € for the badge.
100 € will be retained on the deposit if the cleaning is not done when leaving.
On arrival, you must pay, at reception, a tourist tax (€ 0.66 per day and per adult. +18 years) as well as an Eco-contribution of € 0.30 per day and per person. (Or about 35 € for 2 adults and 2 children for 14 days, collected by the residential park) -
Towels and sheets are not provided, but the mattress covers, duvets and pillows are already on site.

You can enjoy, from April to the end of September, an aquatic space composed of 4 pools (waves, current, relaxation / heated spa, swimming), slides, space for water games for young children, paddling pool, water courses. water aerobics.
