Super séjour

Propriété impeccable, beau terrain clos, le logement impeccable il ne manque rien. Le propriétaire super prévenent. Logement très propre. La situation est idéal on peut rejoindre le centre ville en 7 mm par un petit chemin très agréable. J' ai oublié le logement est très très calme. La plage a 2 mm en vp ou 15 mm a pied . Merci de l'accueil et de votre gentillesse.🌞🍹

Agréable séjour

Très bonne situation du logement niveau plages ,courses idéal pour visiter le sud de la Martinique . Avons apprécié l'accueil de Marie Louise ( la personne de confiance du propriétaire ) toujours à notre écoute tout au long de notre séjour Marie Louise est volontaire , très gentille et et profitons de ce message pour lui adresser nos Salutations ainsi qu' sa petite famille . Le Propriétaire a quelqu'un sur qui compter ? Nous adressons nos remerciements au Propriétaire pour nous avoir permis de mieux connaitre Sainte Anne grâce à sa location? Séjour très agréable, dans un endroit bien au calme.

C’est la 2ème fois que nous venons dans cette location, et nous nous plaisons toujours autant. Nous sommes très bien accueillis par M. Louise, Qui est présente dès que nous avons un problème. Studio idéal pour 2 personnes. Nous reviendrons.

Wir waren das zweite mal hier. Es war wieder genau so gut wie das erste mal .

Die Lage ist etwas abseits, aber da man auf Martinique eh ein Auto haben sollte ist das kein Problem . Wir waren mit unserem kleinen Hund hier. Kein Problem da das Gelände eingezäunt ist. Marie Luise und ihr Mann wohnen gegenüber und sind immer da wenn man sie braucht . Die Wohnung ist Einfach und Klein aber die Terasse ist schön und viel braucht es ja nicht. Moskitonetz und kleine Küche ..... alles da.

Appartement conforme à la description. Suffisant pour un couple. Séjour agréable.

Un seul bémol, il a fallu s'adapter à la vaisselle existante pour la préparation des repas. Entre autres, le petit four à micro-ondes est pratiquement inutilisable (manque d'un plat rond). Par ailleurs, très bon accueil de la part de la part de Mme et M. Doorhye (les voisins d'en face). Chaleureux et sympathiques, tout en restant discrets. Marie-Louise a été très attentive tout au long du séjour. Ste Anne est une petite ville tranquille. Suffisante pour l'approvisionnement de proximité. Le gros du ravitaillement se fait au Marin, à 10 km. A 4 km, la plage des Salines est superbe. Certes, le meilleure de la fréquentation se situe aux 2 premières heures de la matinée (7h - 9h). Parking non aménagé. Il est vrai que l'anarchie créée par certains touristes n'est pas aidante. En journée, on apprécie aussi la belle plage de la Pointe Marin, plus proche. Le parking aménagé est gratuit (pourvu que cela dure!). Il n'est pas pour autant surchargé. Aux alentours, il existe d'autres petites plages plus sauvages. Un peu plus loin, à recommander, la plage du Cap Chevalier. Une voiture est nécessaire pour découvrir la Martinique. Certes, le relief est assez tourmenté, d'où une vitesse plus réduite. Cela permet de mieux apprécier. Il faut dire aussi que la puissance des voitures de location n'est pas forcément adaptée. Nous ne sommes pas sur les routes de la Beauce. Les routes nationales de bonne qualité permettent de parcourir toute l île. Un peu moins carrossable sur les petites départementales. Population accueillante. La communication est aisée et agréable, même pas altérée par un certain afflux touristique.

Doorhye qui habitent juste en face. Chaleureux et sympathiques, tout en restant discrets. Marie-Louise s'est montrée attentive tout au long du séjour. Ste Anne est une petite ville tranquille. Suffisante pour l'approvisionnement de proximité. Le gros du ravitaillement se fait au Marin, à 10km. Quelques restaurants divers suivant le goût de chacun. La plage des Salines est superbe, située seulement à 4km. Certes, le meilleur de la fréquentation se situe aux deux premières heures de la journée entre 7h et 9h . Parking non aménagé. Il est vrai que l'anarchie créée par certains vacanciers n'est pas aidante. En journée, on apprécie plus la belle plage de la Pointe Marin. Elle est plus proche. Le parking aménagé est gratuit. Pourvu que cela dure! Il n'est pas pour autant surchargé. A une dizaine de kilomètres, on peut recommander aussi la plage de Cap Chevalier. C'est un site agréable. Une voiture est nécessaire pour découvrir la Martinique. Certes le relief est assez tourmenté, d'où une vitesse plus réduite. Cela permet de mieux apprécier. Il faut dire que la puissance des voitures de location n'est pas forcément adaptée. Nous ne sommes sur les routes monotones de la Beauce. Les routes nationales, de bonne qualité, permettent de parcourir toute l'île. Les petites routes départementales présentent des difficultés évidentes. La population est accueillante. La communication est aisée et agréable . Elle n'est même pas altérée par un certain afflux touristique.
