As things a newer build the property is in good condition and offers lots of amenities. Very eco-friendly and the staff is always helpful. However there were ants in our room so perhaps they need to get an exterminator to do the outside of the building before it gets out of control.

Big shout out to Jordan who assisted me with rescheduling my stay to account for the fact that the birth of my granddaughter delayed my travel plans by a day. Jordan even left me a personal note in my room regarding my grandchild’s birth. Felt very special. Gabriel also provided me with a friendly welcome when I checked in. Nice new building. Was concerned about road noise but it wasn’t a problem at all. Loved the climate controls as it allowed the fan to run continuously which I like for the white noise. Breakfast is decent with good options. Nice seating area.

Gabriel at check in was very pleasant The overwhelming first sense is how clean it is- and then you start to notice some of the unique design details with regards to decor, width of hallways, bedside lighting, ample plug ins for devices, lay out of breakfast bar, spacing of tables at breakfast, the observant attendants responsible for breakfast bar.

Nice new hotel. Clean everywhere. Breakfast is decent. Definitely noisy with the highway right there and no way to open the privacy shade because you look right at the highway.

Exceptionally rude staff and ridiculous charges for credit cards for the “damage deposit”. We were literally at the hotel 7 hours and they charged $250 PER ROOM. And stated it will be refunded “in 5 working days”. What a scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We won’t be back - ever.

I had SUCH a good experience staying here. This was my first time in BC and I was travelling by myself. The staff were so very friendly and my room was so clean, the mountain views were to DIE for! Will definitely be returning! :)

We stay in dozens of hotels a year for hockey with our kids. This place was amazing. Super clean. Friendly knowledgeable staff that were great. It’s like this hotel just opened a month ago. It’s maintenance it awesome. Hats off.

It looks like a new hotel but the facilities are really old, and I could hear the noisy of my neighbors air conditioners as well as the air exchange fan in the hallway loudly in my own room. Half of the laundry room machines are out of order.
