The UHC RODAS FAMILY COMPLEX is one of the most emblematic buildings of the famous promenade "Paseo Jaume I". This apartment sleeps 6 and is located on the first floor of the building (with a lift). It consists of a spacious living room with access to a large terrace with impressive sea views, 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 renovated bathrooms with shower. - It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.

- Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.

Salou stay in June

Apartment was ideally located, for access to beach shops and pharmacy practically Next-door. Small supermarket with plenty of choice. It was lovely and clean, with cooker, toaster, microwave, oven all spotless. We'll stocked plates dishes cutlery etc. Didn't have to use air con as apartment very airy. All linen was lovely and white. Used washer a few times, got clothes nice and clean. It would be good to include free WiFi. Plus handrails in shower as floor could be very slippy in bathrooms. As our guests of 6 all over 70 years.

Inside the property was quite nice, you could see that it had been refurbished recently,

Inside the property was nice, hallway leading to it was a bit grubby, builders doing work on other apartments in the complex and had a knack of drilling holes at 8 oclock in the morning for five minutes, then stopping. It was like an alarm clock. The pluses are it was clean and very central.
